- What brand is the board used in your printers?
- The printers use BYHX circuit boards. BYHX is a reliable, high-performance brand, and it is what keeps the machines running stably.
- What printhead is used in your printers?
- Every machine is built on Konica Minolta printheads, which are known for high-resolution output, stability and durability. They suit large-format printing where colour accuracy has to hold.
- What is the fastest printing speed you offer?
- The S12-ULT 530M, with a print width of 5296mm, runs at 900 m²/h. That makes it one of the fastest solvent printers available.
- Is there a factory behind these machines?
- Yes. The machines are built by Zhejiang Xicheng Digital Technology Co., Ltd (SPT) at Building 2, No.30 Gaoqiao Road, Jiaxing City, Zhejiang Province, China. Factory visits are welcome and we can arrange them.
- What after-sale warranty do you offer?
- There is a one-year warranty on every solvent printer. If the mainboard develops a problem inside that period, the repair or the replacement is free. After the warranty ends, replacement parts remain available for purchase.
- What is the lifespan of a solvent printer?
- It depends almost entirely on maintenance. With proper care and a regular maintenance routine, these printers are designed to run for many years at stable performance and print quality.
- Can I get replacement parts for my printer?
- Yes. Replacement parts are available for all key components, including printheads, mainboards and dampers, so the machine keeps running throughout its life.
- Are there special maintenance requirements for solvent printers?
- Yes. Solvent printers need regular maintenance to perform well. The main tasks are cleaning the printheads, checking the ink system and confirming the negative pressure system is working. We provide a detailed maintenance guide covering the daily, weekly and monthly routine.
- What print resolution do these machines reach?
- Resolution depends on the printhead and the pass mode. The KM512i-30PL machines run up to 480x720 dpi, the KM9888H solvent machines reach 400x1200 dpi, and the HP-PRO PLUS 320MUV reaches 480x1800 dpi in six-pass reverse print. Every pass mode is listed on the individual product pages.
- Can I use third-party inks?
- We recommend the matched solvent inks for consistent colour and performance. You may use third-party inks at your discretion, but doing so can affect both the warranty and the printer's performance.
