This site collects as little as possible. Here is exactly what happens to what you do send.
What we collect
Only what you type into the enquiry form: your name, and optionally your business name, phone number, email address, the machine you are interested in and your message. We do not ask for anything else.
How it reaches us
The enquiry form composes your details into a WhatsApp message that you send from your own device. Nothing is stored on this website, because the site is a set of static files with no database behind it.
What we do with it
We use your details to answer your enquiry and to follow up about the machine you asked about. We do not sell them, and we do not add you to a marketing list without asking.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our phone and email records for as long as we are in conversation, and for our own accounting records afterwards if you become a customer.
Removing your details
Ask us and we will delete your enquiry from our records. There is no account to close and no login to manage.
